• Transaction Size: $5M to $50M in revenues; $1M to $10M EBITDA

• Areas of Focus: Technology, Healthcare, Food & Beverage, Retail Tech and Ecommerce

• Uniquely proven infrastructure with strong innovation capabilities in its market

• Ownership: Majority ownership
